Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through BodyLab by Nikita Lord (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or style selection.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and measurements before placing an order to avoid discrepancies.
2. Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@bodylabco.com.
Please note:

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed, as orders may be processed or shipped shortly after purchase.

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
3. Refunds & Replacements
We do not accept refunds for change of mind once an order has been shipped.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

You received the wrong item

You received the wrong size or color
-
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
In such cases, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws:

Reship the correct item at no additional cost, or

Issue a refund (including, where required by law, applicable shipping costs).
4. Hygiene Exception (Activewear)
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items—including but not limited to leggings, sports bras, bodysuits, underwear, and other close-contact activewear—are non-returnable once delivered, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Where items are supplied with a hygiene seal or protective liner:

The seal must remain intact for any return, refund, or replacement to be considered.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or removal of hygiene protection will not be eligible for return or refund.
This hygiene exception does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.
5. Conditions for Refund or Replacement Requests
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item was purchased directly from our store

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

The request is submitted within 5 days of receiving the order

Clear photos or video of the item received

Once your request is reviewed, we will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
6. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered but you did not receive the package:

Please contact us immediately so we can assist with a courier investigation.

While we are not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to support claims with the carrier where possible.
7. EU / UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, subject to legally permitted exemptions (including hygiene-related exemptions for sealed goods).
