Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

 

  • Order processing time refers to the period between placing your order and dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days

  • Orders containing pre-ordered or back-ordered items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated where possible

 

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, stock availability, and operational factors.


Shipping & Delivery Timeframes 


Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or regulatory checks

UAE Orders

  • Orders within the UAE are shipped via local carriers

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier processing

 

In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer than estimated. In rare cases, international shipments may take up to 15–25 days due to factors outside our control.

Customs & Clearance 


All shipping times exclude customs clearance delays. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Delayed Orders 


If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@bodylabco.com, and we will assist by investigating the shipment with the carrier.


Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control do not automatically entitle customers to a refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.


Pre-Ordered & Back-Ordered Items


If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

 

  • Available items may be shipped separately

  • Remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they become available

You may receive multiple shipments for a single order.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (and SMS, where provided) containing tracking information.


Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking details to become active after dispatch.


Incorrect Shipping Address


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@bodylabco.com. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
