Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

An order is accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation is issued. We may cancel or modify orders due to availability, errors, or suspected misuse and will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and may not be resold or exported for commercial purposes.

Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, duties, customs fees, shipping, or handling charges.
You agree to provide valid, authorized payment information and authorize us to charge the full purchase amount, including applicable fees.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to you to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where consumer protection laws apply, risk transfers upon delivery.

Our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and governs eligibility, conditions, and procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

All content included in the Services—including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, videos, and software—is owned by or licensed to BodyLab and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

The Services may include features or links provided by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party tools, websites, or services.

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and publish such Feedback for any lawful purpose.

You confirm that:

• The Feedback does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We are not obligated to publish or retain Feedback.

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Transmit harmful, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BodyLab, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and BodyLab regarding the Services.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
